something sweet (and different!)

as you probably notice, i don't normally comment much about celebrities...but today is an exception! i found these awesome pics of Taylor Lautner, and they just reminded me of how young he is, and how normal just by looking at them. I just thought that they were really sweet, that even under all Hollywood's pressure and screaming female fans, he has still managed to keep his feet on the ground.♥

a couple of weeks ago, i went on a girls weekend, and watched what is now my fave fave movie ever:) it is A Walk to Remember, and as soon as you watch it, you become so entranced and your heart jumps at how sweet Landon is, and you cry when Jamie's terrible news hits him. Such a beautiful, beautiful moive, if you havn't seen it, i recommend it!

yesterday i made myself a new challenge - to read Pride and Prejudice.

I began last night by beginning to watch the movie adaption (starring Keira Knightley), and im really enjoying it so far! i hope i enjoy the book as much! wish me luck!

Teardrops on my guitar...

today was a very happy...but also very sad day for me. if that makes sense. the lyrics of Taylor Swift's beautiful song "Teardrops on my guitar" seem to sum up the sad part of my day - the lyrics having been swarming in my head all day like a hive of bees!

on a happy note...i spent a wonderful afternoon with three (which became 2) brilliant friends at the shops with no money, and tried on these beautiful dresses that we couldn't afford...then took pics of us in our dresses of shimmering gorgeousness and i altogether had a sparkly time - being with my friends always makes me smile ;)

As is obvious, I am a helplessly crazed Twilight fan at the moment,so it's no surprises that this post has to do with Twilight! This post is based entirely on Taylor Lautner, the extremo cute and talented actor who plays Jacob Black in the amazing movie! Taylor Lautner:

Trivia-Is a keen martial artist who, from the age of seven, has won many karate tournaments on a local, national and international level.
Is real-life friends with _Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D, The (2005)_ co-stars Taylor Dooley and Cayden Boyd. Jacob Black is 15 years old in Twilight. He has two sisters, both of which have moved away, one being married. He and his father, Billy Black, live in a small house in LaPush, the Indian reservation home to the Quileute tribe. Jacob attends the party at First Beach that Mike organizes and has a reunion with Bella after many years, whom asks him about the ancient Quileute legends in a flirtatious manner keeping her suspicious reasons to herself. Jacob reveals to Bella what Edward is through the story of the "cold ones." Jacob doesn't believe the stories; he writes them off, saying his "old man's lost his marbles," though Bella knows better. Jacob does not play a major role in Twilight, though his characters becomes one of the more pronounced in both New Moon and Eclipse. His father, Billy Black, bribes Jacob to attend Bella's School Dance at the end of the year to ask questions on behalf of Billy. Jacob was promised to be paid in car parts that he needed, as Jacob has a rather special talent for car mechanics. Hey all!!

I know a lot of people are obsessed with Twilight at the moment...including me!! But I have noticed that since the release of the movie, fans have gone completely gaga for leading lady Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan), and hunkalicious R.Pats (Edward Cullen!), yet some of the other leads and their characters are not getting so much attention...

I have to say, my fave character in the books is Alice Cullen, and the actress who plays her, Ashley Greene, does an awesome job at portraying the quirky, fun-loving vampire!

So, here's a little bit about her and her character...

ALICE CULLEN

Alice Cullen (born Mary Alice Brandon) is the adopted daughter of Carlisle and Esme, adoptive sister of Edward, Rosalie, and Emmett, and wife of Jasper. Alice is described as being petite and pixie-like at 4'10", with a graceful gait and hair that is short, spiky, and black. Her special ability is to see the future, an enhanced version of her ability to have premonitions as a human. However, her ability is limited; she is only able to see the outcome of a decision once it is made. Due to this, decisions made in the spur of the moment can not be foreseen. Alice can see futures involving humans and vampires, though is unable to see the futures of werewolves or half-breeds. In Breaking Dawn, Alice theorizes that she can see vampires very clearly because she is one, can see humans somewhat less clearly because she was one, and cannot see werewolves or half-breeds because she never was one.
