rose [pink]♥

i am soft, velvety, a hint of a blush on a girl's cheek. i am the raging sky in the evening before the sun kisses the hills. i am candyfloss, strawberry; lacing and threading the air with scent. i am the colour of distant dreams and faded summers, i am the tinged sepia photograph buried at the bottom of Grandma's old hat box. i am tinted toes, a punk girl's hair, a shower of glitter. i look like Daisy's first ballet shoes and i sound like laughter. i am delicate as rose petals, soft as his cheek yet as furious as fire♥
